Assalamualaikum and hi,
Everyone nak badan yang sihat. I have to admit these past few years i have been gaining too much weight that sometimes i just pissed off :( lebih lebih lagi after misscarriage. living far from family, i thought tak payah berpantang and all. So i macam biasa je lah, n there goes my weight naik mendadak lebih lebih lagi di bahagian perut dan peha.
It hurts.
I tried excersise, eat clean, detox, etc.. u name it. semuanya tak menjadi sebab.. i TAK BERDISIPLIN. semua benda tak akan menjadi kalau tak berdisplin. and ya, my last resort adalah, berjumpa dengan pakar. please take note i did this not because of nak kurus semata mata, tetapi untuk my health and also chances to get pregnant might be higher if i loose some of my weight.
i went to see Dr Preetha at Nexus Clinic, Cyberjaya. and she suggest me to take HCG weight loss programme. mula-mula tu rasa macam.. boleh kee turun berat badan sebab lemak kat badan ni dah 42% which are banyaaaak sangat sangat dan sangat merbahaya. tapi, for once.. i nak kurus. i nak sihat. i nak fit. that's it.
first few days memang mencabar tapi sebab programme ni special and dia ajar tricks and all. i still boleh buat kerja, tak penat and sangat sangat kurang lapar. within 9 days i dah kurang 3 KG and yang ni adalah main2 okay sebab kadang2 termakan jugak benda tak sepatutnya. huuu. sorry doctorrr my mum masak i cannot tahannn. huhu.
next week jumpa doctor and i'm aiming to be more serious. wish me luck! :)

ReplyDeletedear Fatin, we are in the same track. after misscarriage badan naik mendadak and struggle a lot to lose some wieght. few kgs to be burn and then ank focus on TTC. kita sama sama usaha and dont give up Fatin. losing weight is not easy. it's a long process.

ReplyDeletebetul..nk turun berat badan tak senang :( petua saya, at least semin ggu 2-3x workout lepas subuh...g gym dengan hasben..bawak anak sekali dalam stroller... kadang dtg malas skip juga. 2 minggu skali.. at least buat juga dari xbuat. i makan mmg lahap smua jnis xconcern sgt, tapi minum air lbih.. now berat mmg konsisten 57, 58 lebih kurang lps bersalin.. alhamdulilah...
