currently i'm a bit worried with my health.
i've lost my appetite since my final papers last month.
i don't think i look verrryy thin. but. now i realised i miss my previous weight.
sobs.
*pipi dah takde. cemane neh? huaaaa.


current me. last weekend at marriot putrajaya.
pucat la pulak. haihs.


any suggestion nak bg berat badan naik SIKIT?
n tak bagi tummy naik?
i need it ASAP. uhuks.

  1. minum susu?mkn byk kali setiap hari.sy pernah buat.naik 4 kg dlm 3 mnggu cmtu.lau xnk perut naik,pstikan 2jam lps mkn bru minum.ataupun exrcise perut :)

  7. hehe, ingat lg dulu2 masa remaja akak sgt risau sebab bdn sgt kurus (43kg/165cm).. dan lepas kawin dan ada anak tetiba rasa menyesal dulu nak sgt naik badan, hehehe..dan lepas beberapa ketika berusaha, dapatlah turunkan ke 49kg..owh fatin skrg pun awak sgt comel ok, jgn risau2 tau :)

    p/s tak nak tummy naik kene rajin buat sit-up

  9. makn mknan yg berserat.cube amek nasi or roti,sbb karbohidrat bole naek kn bdan kita.then sit up tidak digalak kan bg perempuan sbb bole mnyebabkan msalah tulang belakang,tu yg sy dpt dri lect sy.pape pun wt ka tyn jgn isau sgt,ta elok jgak.anyway gudluck :)

  14. maybe u boleh try makan pada masanya?
    untuk perut sila duduk secara posture yang betul untuk mengekalkan perut yang flat.terutamanya membuat sesuatu yang lama contohnya bekerja dan berblog :P

  20. mnum susu tiap ari fatin! n mkn bg ckup,breakfast,lunch n dinner..pastu ms free2,mkn roti ke,..naik 5 kg sjak fly n maintain je da skrg =D jg jshtn jugak ^^

  24. it normal to lost appetite n weight sometimes.
    =) cuma jgn skip meals, bdn kita dipengaruhi hormon. thats all about hormone. once bila da smpai satu tahap umur ia akan normal. my sis kuat mkan,tp weight around 47 n got 2 children already.
